Jeffersonville Town Center Shopping Center

Leonard Engineering worked with EOP Architects and the Koetter Group to design a new 210,000 square foot retail shopping center in Jeffersonville, IN.  The new shopping center includes tenants such as Home Goods, Burlington, TJ Maxx, Shoe Carnival and many more.

The structure for the shopping center was primarily structural steel framing, bar joists and CMU bearing walls.  The front facades of each store consisted of a combination of structural steel and light gauge stud walls.  The larger stores included loading ramps at the back and tall, decorative entrance parapets.
